Whether you are a resident or a prospective owner, please use all the links on the left menu to find out more about Parkside Place, Indian Harbour Beach, FL.

If you are a current resident or prospective buyer, we encourage you to look at the information under Official Governing Documents and Policies, Procedure and Reports to familiarize yourself with the rules of our community.

Termite Inspection: Your HOA pays for a termite bond for all units. Although Apex does not absolutely require unit inspections, we urge you to schedule one with them. Your FREE yearly inspection will ensure that any discovered damage will be covered. Their number is 321-459-2847. Be sure to make arrangements for the tech to access inside the unit on the day scheduled for the inspection. Planning to repair, replace or change your exterior? You must complete an Architectural Review Board Application and submit to Leland for approval. The city of Indian Harbour Beach will no longer allow permits to be pulled unless there is an approved ARB application. This includes such items as garage doors, roofs, windows, A/C units, etc.

  • Online Access to Owner Accounts
    Click here to access our login/password-protected site for owners. Here, you can update and verify your personal and financial information, and submit service/maintenance requests. Once there: If you do not yet have a login and password click “Create Login.” You will need your account number, which you should have received in the mail from management, as well as the email address associated with your account. If you don't have these, please email websitehelp@lelandmanagement.com.

    Maintenance Requests
  • To submit a service/maintenance request, follow the instructions above to login.
  • On the left menu, at Account Info, click on the down arrow, then click on "Request Maintenance”.
  • Enter the required data and nature of request; click “Request”
    Please do not submit multiple work orders for the same job. If your work is not done within a reasonable period of time, call Brenda Clark at Leland, 321-214-2403.
  • Just a reminder: Regular trash is picked up on Tuesday and Friday mornings, recycleables on Wednesday morning, and yard waste on Monday mornings. All trash including yard waste should be placed in a bin whenever possible for pickup. To schedule pickup of yard waste or regular trash that won't fit in a bin, please call Waste Management at 1-888-964-9744.

    Kathy Corcoran, Unit 1110 is our Volunteer Coordinator. Many residents who are unable to volunteer full time, or are part time residents, have expressed an interest in supporting the community by volunteering for specific projects. Special projects come along only two or three times a year. When a special project comes along, Kathy will be notified with the details. She will then send out a volunteer “all call” via email to see who is available to help. If you are a resident who wants to help from time to time, please email Kathy at fcorcoran@cfl.rr.com.
